About the Program

The Move Train Thrive Youth Strength and Conditioning Program is progression training for youths. It has 2 different class groups: those for middle-school ages from 11 to 14 years old, and high-schoolers ranging from 15 to 18 years of age. These fitness classes have an individual focus on injury prevention and are instructed by our certified team member, Michael Hull.

The youth fitness program takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Move Train Thrive Fitness Studio. Middle school youth classes run from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. High school aged classes run from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with two 5-week sessions available. See the session details below!

About the Instructor

Michael Hull is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University (WMU). He was formerly a Sports Trainer at WMU and has trained middle school, high school, and college athletes.
