Pop Pilates is a fabulous way to gain a strong core, while feeling like you are doing a “dance on the mat”. But it’s not even just core work, you get the whole package! Upper body, lower body and cardio are also included in this hour that we have together. It uses the fundamentals of Pilates without the equipment. It’s you and your mat. Fun and upbeat, it takes you through the moves to your favorite music!
