Join Julie Boulter for a 6-week Monday night yoga class! This class combines the philosophical and physical practices of yoga. The focus is on finding balance with grace and ease. Yoga is a practice that is always changing. As we change, our yoga changes.
We will use props including the chair, blocks, and straps to bring the practice up off the floor. We will strengthen the core, find movement in the spine, and stretch the muscles. This class is accessible for anyone, from the experienced practitioner to a beginner!
