This 4 week women’s self-defense class will meet for an hour once a week. This class is designed to raise the consciousness of self-awareness in all surroundings. Along with the ability to mentally and physically defend oneself so that women can be prepared for situations that may be potentially dangerous. These classes will help build self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-defense techniques using proven basic common-sense fighting skills.

- Situational Awareness
- Home security
- Auto Security
- Parking lot safety
- Confrontations with an attacker
All classes are taught by 2nd degree black belt American Karate and Krav Maga instructor Steve Cormier, a 42-year devoted practitioner of the Martial Arts.
Class A starts Wednesday February 20th-March 13th. Where: Move Train Thrive Fitness Studio Location: 635 N. 9th St. When: Wednesday nights at 7:15 til 8:15 pm for 4 weeks Cost: $50 per person Class B starts Saturday February 16th-March 9th.
