Changes to the Youth Fitness Program!

The Youth Strength and Conditioning Program at Move Train Thrive has been moved to Mondays and Fridays instead of Tuesdays and Fridays! It also now includes times for middle-school aged youths, as well! See below for details:

  • Session 1: April 8 – May 10, Mondays and Fridays
  • Session 2: May 13 – June 14, Mondays and Fridays

Middle school youth classes (ages 11 – 14) will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. High school youth classes (ages 15 – 18) will take place from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
