The Youth Strength and Conditioning Program at Move Train Thrive has been moved to Mondays and Fridays instead of Tuesdays and Fridays! It also now includes times for middle-school aged youths, as well! See below for details:
- Session 1: April 8 – May 10, Mondays and Fridays
- Session 2: May 13 – June 14, Mondays and Fridays
Middle school youth classes (ages 11 – 14) will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. High school youth classes (ages 15 – 18) will take place from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
