The TRX suspension Trainer is the workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to preform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. These easy to use but challenging workouts could help you develop the strength you’re looking for.

By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides greater performance and functionality than larger exercise machines.
Move Train Thrive will be offering three TRX Suspension Training classes.
There will be two sessions offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You can choose to join the 11 am group or the 1 pm group.
If those times or days don’t work for you perhaps you would prefer to join the Tuesday and Thursday session that starts at 10 am.
This would be a great way for you to workout with your friends, bridesmaids, groomsmen or significant other! Space is limited to 4 people per group. Don’t miss your chance achieve a stronger healthier you!
